It is official. My husband and I just closed on our third home purchase and future project, this time 3 streets away from where we currently live. (First time, we moved across the street :))
In a matter of 90 days (thank you sellers, for giving us a long escrow), we completed plans, got city permits and closed with a land purchase/construction loan. The amount of coordination was monumental but with the right team behind you, all things are possible.
The last 90 days have been a roller coaster, but in reality, it is just getting started. Real estate isn’t just something we do but something we live.
