There are currently 19 homes on the market for sale in Cliff Haven and Newport Heights. The good news for the beginning of the year is that all of those homes are standard sales (i.e. seller owned not bank owned or short sales.) There are currently 4 homes in escrow: 200 Kings Place, 1411 Kings Road, 1019 Clay, and 434 Riverside. 2315 Holly Lane has been taken off the market for sale and leased for $4,300 a month. 3 properties have had their listings expire, but I would expect to see them back on the market int he next few months.
